• Eligibility: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of shoes or shoe products, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
